Around 6 months ago Youngin Europe was faced with a conundrum, do we invest a bit of time and money redeveloping the site or plough on regardless. It was a no brainer.
Choosing to head down this path has faced us with more conundrums, many of which have been documented here. One such problem is the issue of users logins. To cut a long story short, as of the relaunch Youngin Europe will require its users to complete a free registration, in order to post blurbs, comments and photos to the site. However, you will not need to login in order to view any of the information in the guide.
Youngin Europe understands that logins can be annoying, and for this reason we think our decision needs a bit of justification.
Firstly, not introducing logins could severely damage the integrity of the guides content. Spam, practical jokers, idiots; all have the potential to reduce the quality of the information Youngin Europe provides, and that would not be acceptable.
Secondly, we can now introduce a number of services that we would have been unable to provide up until this point. This includes: tracking all the comments, blurbs and photos you submit; a small profile; and a photo!
Essentially all the info you submit will be attributed to you and not lost in a maze of databases.
As for the some 600 blurbs already submitted by our loyal following? We'll be in contact to give you the chance to resubmit under you new profile.
That's all for now;
